LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Sets Guide

Who loves Brickheadz? We certainly do. Brickheadz are interesting builds representing a character (sometimes two) in perfect LEGO shape (bricks, of course). So for Brickheadz enthusiasts, you’ll probably like to see the upcoming LEGO Brickheadz 2018 sets, so let’s check them out!

LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Sets Guide

2018 has a lot of new sets on the way, and Brickheadz doesn’t stay behind. We’ve talked about some of these in other articles, in special the upcoming Star Wars Brickheadz, but there’s more than just these characters out there. In this article, let’s see what else we can expect.

Seasonal Brickheadz

We get some seasonal Brickheadz this year. Some are already out as of March 2018, while others will come soon at the appropriate moments.

40270 Valentine’s Bee

The Valentine’s Bee is a very cute Brickheadz character. As expected, it looks like a bee, in typical brick-built fashion. It has white round wings and a heart as well as flowers surrounding its base. Even though Valentine’s Day is already past, this small build (it has 140 pieces) is a great gift for a loved one.

40271 Bunny

Want a cute Easter gift? This bunny is perfect for your LEGO fan friend or loved one. This bunny comes in grey, with a basket and a carrot. Around the base, we have patches of green with Easter eggs and flowers. Even if it’s not meant as a gift, this set is a sweet decoration for Easter displays. Both ears move and the basket and carrot are detachable as well.

40272 Witch

40272 Witch LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Sets

This Witch looks like a classical Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz! But she is also a lot friendlier, with her broom, green skin and purple clothes and hat. This set should come out in September, in time to become part of your LEGO-based Halloween decoration.

Other Seasonal Brickheadz

We still don’t have pictures for these, but there are more sets in the Seasonal Brickheadz collection to come. These include:

  • 40273 Turkey, for Thanksgiving
  • 40274 Santa Claus, for Christmas
  • 40275 Mrs Claus, for Christmas

41597 Go Brick Me

LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Sets Go Brick Me

This wonderful set comes with over 700 pieces and accessories and, so you can make your own Brickheadz figure! Maybe you want to build yourself or your friends in Brickheadz format, maybe something else, like an original character, but this set promises a lot of opportunities.

DC Comics Super Heroes

After the new Justice League movie, we can expect a lot of new and interesting DC Comics characters and movies to come. The Brickheadz sets are no exception, as we’ll get some of these as well. This year we have Series 2 of the DC Comics Super Heroes among the LEGO Brickheadz 2018 sets, including new characters and some older ones as well.

41598 The Flash

LEGO The Flash Box Marvel Superheroes LEGO The Flash Marvel Superheroes

This Brickheadz figure is very much like the one that appears in the Justice League movie. We have the golden ear wings and the lightning bolt logo on the chest paired with the adorable Brickheadz eyes typical of these sets. This is the first time The Flash appears in Brickheadz format as well.

41599 Wonder Woman

This is the second time we get a Brickheadz Wonder Woman, with the first coming paired with Superman in 2017. This time, we have a Wonder Woman with her typical costume, including her headdress and dark hair, as well as her gauntlets. She also carries her sword and shield, both of which are detachable from her hands.

41600 Aquaman

Now we have a Brickheadz Aquaman as well! Inspired by the Justice League movie and design, this character has flowing, buildable hair, the characteristic Aquaman buckle and detailed chest pieces, in gold and green. He comes with a detachable trident and a sweet beard and moustache combo as well.

41601 Cyborg

LEGO Brickheadz 2018 DC Comics Cyborg Box LEGO Brickheadz 2018 DC Comics Cyborg

This version of Cyborg looks quite a bit like the actual DC Comics character. There is a lot of detail on the skin and metal parts, including a patch of Cyborg’s hair which looks really cool. The cyber arm is also very nicely done, with a transparent blue stud serving as the energy beam for that extra detail. This is the first time Cyborg features as a Brickheadz set and he does not disappoint.

Marvel Super Heroes

Of course, Marvel fans get their own collection as well, with many Brickheadz sets coming up this year. They seem to be based on the upcoming Infinity War movie. These include Guardians of the Galaxy Brickheadz as well, as these characters will feature in Infinity War.

41604 Iron Man MK50

This is the second Iron Man Brickheadz set, but this one looks different. It includes thrusters on the back, which seem to be something meant for air travel, as seen in the box. The whole figure looks very sweet.

41605 Thanos

LEGO Avengers Infinity War Thanos Brickheadz LEGO Avengers Infinity Wars Brickheadz Thanos Box

Thanos! We could not miss the Avengers villain in Brickheadz format. This version looks a lot cuter than the menacing Marvel character, but still true to form. He also has the Infinity Stones with him, printed in a 1 x 2 tile.

41606 Star-Lord

LEGO Avengers Infinity Wars Brickheadz Star Lord Box LEGO Avengers Infinity War Brickheadz Star-Lord

Star-Lord comes with his mask and boots, holding blasters on both hands. This figure is also very clean and nice, but sadly we don’t get a sweet Chris Pratt Brickheadz face. Still, he looks the part and is true to the character as well.

41607 Gamora

LEGO Avengers Infinity Wars Brickheadz Gamora Box LEGO Avengers Infinity War Brickheadz Gamora

Since we get Thanos, of course, we get Gamora. She looks gorgeous, with a very nice colour contrast and print to the front and face. The bright pink, rich black and bright green look gorgeous, just like Gamora does.

Star Wars

It wouldn’t be a Brickheadz collection without Star Wars, would it? As mentioned above, we’ve covered them in more detail in our Star Wars article, and this year we have sets based on The Last Jedi. There will also be some based on the new Han Solo subtheme. However, we still don’t have many pictures of those just yet. Here are the Star Wars LEGO Brickheadz 2018 sets we know of.

41602 Rey

LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Star Wars Rey Box LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Star Wars Rey

Rey comes in Jedi-like attire, with a blue lightsaber and long, brown hair pulled into a ponytail. This is the second time this character appears as a Brickheadz set, with set 41489 pairing her up with a Brickheadz Kylo Ren as well. This time, Rey comes alone and as fierce as ever.

41603 Kylo Ren

LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Star Wars Kylo Ren Box LEGO Brickheadz 2018 Star Wars Kylo Ren

This version of Kylo Ren also comes alone, with slick black hair and his iconic black outfit. This character also yields his characteristic sword-like lightsaber, in red, which makes for a very interesting piece to collect and display. Kylo also has a scar across his eye, which looks very nice as well.

Other Star Wars LEGO Brickheadz 2018 sets

These sets we still don’t have pictures for, but we know they’re coming!

  • 41608 Han Solo
  • 41609 Chewbacca
  • 41619 Darth Vader
  • 41620 Stormtrooper
  • 41624 Luke Skywalker
  • 41625 Princess Leia
  • 41627 Luke & Yoda
  • 41629 Boba Fett

LEGO Brickheadz Disney

Oh yes, we also get a few Disney sets this year as well! Unfortunately, we only know of two of them, and they’re both Frozen based. The popular Disney franchise comes in Brickheadz format with an Elsa set (41617) and an Anna & Olaf set (41618). We do not know if there will be more, and we still don’t have pictures for those.

So that’s it for the LEGO Brickheadz 2018 sets! There are many more sets we have no information about, some very exciting upcoming sets around Star Wars and Disney, and much more. If you want more information, stay tuned to this article, as we’ll update it as we find out more!
