The LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2018 Number Revealed!
LEGO Advent Calendars have been a thing since 1998, and different sets and themes played the role until now. Star Wars advent calendars have been a tradition since 2011, and this coming year it will certainly continue. We already know its number: LEGO 75213.

Special Christmas Item
There usually is at least one Christmas-themed item, but the 2017 version didn’t have one (just BB-8 in a Santa hat). Before, we had Christmas Chewbacca (2016), Santa C3PO and Christmas Tree R2D2 (2015), Christmas Darth Vader, Santa Trooper and R2D2 Christmas Tree (2014), Jango Fett in a Christmas Suit (2013), Santa Darth Maul (2012) and Santa Yoda, as well as a Christmas Tree (2011).
This revealed box doesn’t show any particularly Christmassy build. There isn’t a lot of detail there, and of course, it may change over time. It also doesn’t show all the items in the Advent Calendar, so there is wiggle room for a surprise Christmas-themed build.
LEGO 75213 Themes
2017 brought us a lot of The Force Awakens related items. We’re pretty sure some items in 2018 will continue that trend, but we should also expect some items from The Last Jedi. So, Porgs. We’ll likely get Porgs, maybe even, like BB-8 in 2017, a Porg with a Santa hat. This, however, is pure speculation. We will have to wait and see.
Also to keep in mind is the upcoming Han Solo movie, which may bring some new interesting items to the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar. As the 2018 sets will bring back the Mos Eisley Cantina and other “older” themed sets, we may see some items from older movies as well. As there were Star Wars Rebels items in 2017, we may see some more in 2018, though Han Solo-related items seem more likely.
“Known” items in the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2018
Hopefully, we’ll keep seeing a downtrend on items such as “weapons rack” and “tool rack”, in favour of micro builds of items such as ships, minifigures and creatures. The 2017 Advent Calendar had only one such item, which is a positive sign.
Other than those, there likely will be some of the new minifigures and characters. There could be an Old Luke minifigure, perhaps a First Order Executioner, both minifigures that have been receiving a lot of attention lately. Some things we can expect from the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2018:
- Guavian Death Gang member
- Rose Tico
- Rowan Freemaker
- Antoc Merrick
- N-1 Naboo Starfighter
- Anakin’s CW JSF
- First Order Tie Fighter
- Moisture Vaporator
There’s also what seems to be a snowman, but whether or not this will be a build remains to be seen. Of course, all of this may change until December 2018. Some of these items already have planned and upcoming sets. It would be interesting to see them in micro build format as well.
So that’s what we have for now! We will be updating this article as new information comes out, so stay tuned! And, if you’re interested, bookmark it so you never miss an update!
